Please read ALL information in this document carefully BEFORE confirming your entry:
I certify I am the registered owner of the vehicle listed in the entry form and a current financial member of the following club: (Proof of current financial membership and my identity and , if applicable, the identity of my representative or agent, must be made available at scrutineering if requested.) If you are not a current financial member of an NAFGTC Inc. affiliated club and wish to enter, please contact the host club.
I, the entrant detailed above, have read the Conditions of Entry and NAFGTC Inc. Code of Conduct and Judging Rules (available at www.nafgtc.asn.au) and fully understand and agree to abide by them. I also understand that this is an agreement with the Falcon GT Owners Club of New South Wales Inc. I understand that I and/or my representative or agent must not approach judges or seek to influence them. I accept that the judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into and also accept the Falcon GT Owners Club of New South Wales Inc., the 20h Falcon GT Nationals Committee, the National Association of Falcon GT Clubs Inc., their office bearers or members are not liable for any loss or damage to any vehicle(s) persons or property whether caused directly or indirectly by the actions of any participant, official or member of the public. I agree to comply with lawful and reasonable directions issued by such officials and further undertake at all times not to conduct myself in a manner likely to bring the event or the Falcon GT movement into disrepute. Please note that the organizers reserve the right to expel from the event at any time and without refund, any participant not complying with the above declaration. Entrants are also responsible for the actions of any representative or agent acting on behalf of the entrant, or any non-entrant sharing their accommodation or their vehicle and attending any of the 20th Falcon GT National’s events. You will be given a hard copy of the agreement to sign at registration.
Representative or Agent
If the registered owner of the vehicle (the Entrant) will not be in attendance at the event, or the Entrant will be attending the event, and a representative or agent will represent the Entrant or the Entrant’s vehicle at the event, the Entrant’s nominated Representative or Agent must also sign this General Entry Form after reading all the information in this document carefully BEFORE signing:

NOTE: Entries officially close last mail 31 October 2021 - Late entries close last mail 28 February 2022.
JUDGING
The National Association of Falcon GT Clubs Inc. sets out the detailed Judging Guidelines and Sheets which can be found at the following link: http://www.nafgtc.asn.au. All vehicles entered into the GT Nationals must be submitted for inspection, entrant number processing, prejudging and photography on the nominated scrutineering day(s).
VEHICLE JUDGED YES/NO:
An Owner can choose to not participate in final judging on the entry form which will preclude the entry from Silver certificate or any other judged award participation. (Non judged awards are Distance travelled/Hard luck/Race day). If the vehicle presented is late or does not match the completed vehicle details on the entry form it will be deemed not for judging. Vehicles found at inspection to not be genuine GT's will be deemed associate vehicles or not for judging. Modern Era vehicles less than 15 years/15,000 km and less than 1000km/year since build date are not for judging.

VIN: | The JG33/JG66/6FPAAAJG identification number of the vehicle |
ENGINE/CHASSIS: | The LD/GE/GF/GL/GJ/FPV engine or chassis number if different to the VIN |
COLOUR: | The primary vehicle colour from the id plate and actual colour if different to factory colour. |
REGO NO: | All Nationals entrants require a legal registration number, if they are to be driven on Public Roads |
JUDGING CLASSES:
OU | Unrestored Original - vehicle has predominantly original factory paint over the whole car |
OM | Maintained Original - vehicle has had an external only respray. E.g. Engine bay, boot, undercarriage are original paint |
OR | Restored Original - vehicle has been mostly resprayed |
OC | Original Contemporary – Older restored cars with period correct accessories. |
MM | Modified - vehicle has significant engineering/structural modifications from original factory specification |
NJ | Not for Judging |
Vehicles will be judged according to the owners classification so please request advice at scrutineering if you are unsure.
Preliminary Judging will determine vehicles for Silver (good or very good in the 6 overall scores) OR Gold (excellent or
75% of detailed score sheet total) Only Gold and Platinum class entries are eligible for Trophy.
ENTRY FEE:
- Entry fee is $175.00 for 1 vehicle and $75.00 for a second vehicle on the one entry form. See Cancellation Policy for information on Refunds.
- Up to 2 vehicles can be entered on the same form and double entries receive only 1 Entrant Shirt and 1 Goodies Bag.
- Anyone wishing to enter 3 or more cars please contact the organisers before your enter.
REGISTRATION/SCRUTINEERING:
- ALL Classic Era vehicles MUST be presented to Scrutineering on the Friday.
- Modern Era vehicles to be presented on Thursday for scrutineering.
- Entrant windscreen stickers, goodies bags and entrant shirts will be available at the Registration Desk and MUST be collected prior to going to Scrutineering.
INSURANCE:
- All vehicles are entered and displayed at owners risk.
- It is incumbent on the owner to ensure their vehicle is correctly insured to cover Car Shows, Cruises and participating in the GT Nationals out of your home state.
- Public Liability Insurance held by the Organisers and Venues only covers situations where the Organisers or Venue Owners are found to be negligent in their duties.
ALCOHOL:
- The display areas are ALCOHOL FREE zones.
- At ALL other times alcohol is only to be consumed on licensed premises.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS:
- Refunds for Entry Fees will only be made for requests received prior to the 31st October 2021 COB.
- There will be no refund for cancellations of Entry after this date as orders for merchandise, trophies etc. will have been placed and cannot be altered.
- Refunds for Function Tickets will only be made for requests received prior to 28th February2022.
- There will be no refund for cancellations of Function Tickets after this date as orders will have been placed and cannot be altered.
- Organisers will endeavour to sell Function tickets on your behalf, should there be a demand for them.
DISPLAY DAY:
- No vehicle stands of any description are to be used under any circumstances however, we are currently working with the Sports & Leisure Centre to have this changed. We still have plenty of time for further discussions with the venue.
- Vehicles must be on display by 8.00am on Saturday, and cannot be moved prior to 5.30pm.
- Venue is carpeted thus care must be taken when turning so as to not damage the carrpet.
- Owners must take steps to ensure their vehicle does not leak oil or other fluids onto the floor by using drip trays supplied.
- Any costs incurred by the organisers for damage will be passed on to those responsible.
- Vehicles with sponsor advertising will be permitted. If you wish to promote your sponsors in any way then you will need to apply for a trade bay.
- Entrant number must be clearly displayed on the passenger’s side front windscreen.
- Entrants are expected to behave in a responsible manner and are responsible for setting and clearing display sites; surcharges will be made if this is not done.
- All trailers/ trucks and non display vehicles must be parked in the designated areas.
- Caterers will be available providing a range of fast food and drinks.
