Statement of Purpose

“To preserve, promote and perpetuate the Australian Falcon GT.

The NAFGTC Concourse guidelines aim to provide uniformity, continuity and continual improvement of the Falcon GT Nationals Concourse Event.“

  1. The club hosting the Nationals has responsibility for hosting the NAFGTC meetings for the next two years and fills the roles of Chairman and Secretary.

  2. Individual clubs are to elect delegates to act as committee members (maximum of 3 per club) for a minimum period of two years. This election needs to be undertaken before the meeting and each club only has one vote.

  3. A representative of the previous Nationals concourse committee shall be present at the NAFGTC conference meeting to provide information, feedback and statistics from the previous Nationals (this person may also be the delegate)

  4. Where possible the proposed detailed draft agenda shall be circulated to all clubs for comment at least six months before the meeting. This is the responsibility of the hosting club along with distributing minutes after the meeting.

  5. All proceedings are to be formally minuted with all motions noted whether carried or not.

  6. Decisions made at NAFGTC meetings are final, the information is taken back to the clubs and published for members. This is the responsibility of the NAFGTC committee members from each club.

  7. NAFGTC is to be responsible for the development of a uniform set of rules for the overall running, scrutineering and judging of the Falcon Gt Nationals. These rules are known as the “Falcon GT National Concourse Guidelines”. Agreed outcomes from each NAFGTC meeting are to be implemented and the guidelines updated accordingly.

  8. The hosting club is to have control of the Nationals activities outside those contained in the guidelines to maintain the flavour and uniqueness of each individual state’s approach to hosting the Nationals event.

  9. Individual clubs are to pay for the accommodation and travel expenses of the committee members representing them for the meeting.
